TicketSeam Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

TicketSeam respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TicketSeam collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://ticketseam.com, create an account, purchase tickets, contact support, or otherwise use our services.

In this Privacy Policy, “TicketSeam,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean TicketSeam. “Event Organizer” means the independent promoter, producer, venue, organization, or other party responsible for producing an event for which TicketSeam provides ticketing services.

1. TicketSeam’s Role

TicketSeam is an independent ticketing service provider. We provide event listings, order processing, payment-processing support, ticket delivery, customer support, and related ticketing services for independent Event Organizers.

TicketSeam is not the Event Organizer. Event Organizers may receive purchaser and attendee information needed to operate their events. Event Organizers are independently responsible for how they use and protect information after receiving it.

An Event Organizer’s separate privacy policy may also apply.

Complete payment-card information is handled by Square in accordance with the Square Privacy Notice. TicketSeam receives transaction information needed to confirm payment, fulfill the order, prevent fraud, provide support, and maintain business records.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. TicketSeam may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.

Some information may be exempt from a request when retention or use is required for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.

TicketSeam does not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.

California residents may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights using the process in Section 11. TicketSeam will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising a privacy right.

13. Children’s Privacy

TicketSeam.com is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or purchase tickets.

TicketSeam does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
