No. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
Children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Children age 2 and up will require a ticket for all events. Public event laws may vary nationwide and from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. 

Can I leave the venue and come back in?
No. Most Stadiums/Arenas do not allow re-entry without purchasing another event ticket. Once you are in, you are in for a great time at our events!

Assigned seating in the front (closest) rows of the middle sections for some of the best views in the arena.

General Admission seating in the remaining available rows in middle sections. Seating within the Gold sections is first come, first served.

General Admission seating in the outer sections. Adult and Child tickets are sold separately. Seating within the Silver sections is first come, first served.

Pit Party starts two hours before showtime. Online purchase of Pit Party Passes is available as an add-on only with your event ticket purchase. Each ticket requires its own Pit Party Pass.
